Activities: Creation of consultative, negotiating and decision-making frameworks between local authorities and grassroots communities; drafting of development plans at different territorial scales following a participatory approach; strengthening the financial capacity and project management of local authorities and community associations; establishment and operationalization of funding mechanisms for associative, community and municipal initiatives; empowering people to play their role in the advent of decentralization.
